We are located in Shenzhen city, Guangdong Province, China  

Do you have retail stores?

No. We mostly sell directly through our online shop. This allows us to keep our overhead costs down and keep our prices affordable. The beauty of selling online is that we can reach millions of people around the globe and focus on what we do best, designing new products.

Do you sell to the reseller or wholesaler?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or directly payment through PayPal.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to almost every country in the world.

What does shipping cost?

If you choose standard shipping ( Usually  7-15 days arrive), it is free.

If you choose fast shipping ( Usually 4-5 days), there would extra 20 USD.

How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?

 Standard Shipping : 7-15 days.

 Fast shipping: 4-5 days.

 Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.

Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?

Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods.

According to our experience, most countries won’t charge the tax for the small amount products. But if there is any import fees, we won’t pre-pay or cover it. Hope you can understand that.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hrs for the link to activate. Once the packages leaves China, the tracking links may not update but the package is already on its way.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items in new condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
